Move SLM control center groundwork onto dev 8a5fadb5df

Refactor project dashboard and device list templates; add modals for editing projects and locations 04c66bdf9c

Fixed conflict caused by aider doing stuff and saving histories and preferences and what not. aider stuff is now in the .gitignore.
